Easier procedure for VAT refund

The policy of the Netherlands Minister of economic affairs is to promote tourism to the Netherlands. To stimulate this the minimum amout for VAT refund went from 136 to 50 euro. 

Next year the VAT goes from 19 to 20%. For travellers from outside the EU it becomes more interesting to ask for VAT refund. The procedure to do this however was for them too complicated  and the regular agencies ask a high handling fee (Global refund for example charges up to 10%).
